I require this contract to be completed and submitted with a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 in order to secure your wedding date or $100 if having both Hair & Makeup Services. The complete balance for your bridal party will be due 14 days on or before the wedding date. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have.

POLICIES

BOOKING: To secure a date, a signed bridal contract and $50.00 deposit are required per service. (Please know I do not hold onto any dates.) This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. This deposit will be put toward the client’s total wedding day balance if the client chooses wedding day services. The remaining balance will be due 7 days before the day of the event. Accepted forms of payment include: Cash, bank transfer & EFT.

You will have 7 days to send through your deposit and signed contract if you wish to proceed with your booking, otherwise your booking date will be removed from my calendar if I don't have any contact after contracts have been sent out.

Once booking has been locked and deposit has been paid, no changes can be amended to number of bridal party guests.

PREVIEWS: Bridal previews are recommended 8-12 weeks out from your wedding date. Previews are based on a 1- 1.5 hour booking, for one look and charges of $190 are to be paid in studio. If you wish to preview more than one style this must be discussed prior to your appointment and extra charges will apply. This is a part payment that will be deducted from your overall quote unless custom package. If having both Hair and Makeup preview please allow up-to 4 hours for this booking, this is based on one look and charges of $300 are to be paid in studio.

A preview is just a trial of how your hair will look on your big day so no short cuts are made. Please know some styles can look slightly different as placement of hair wont always be in the exact same place. Once we have done your preview and we have discussed any small changes you may want, I do not change the look on the day of your wedding. This can end up in disappointment to what you have envisioned your overall look. However if you wish to trial another style or one of your bridal party members an extra cost of $150 will apply. Previews are done in my Home based studio in Werribee. Due to the size of my studio I am only able to have the bride & 1 other guest attend. As a mother my self I understand the difficulty of having children looked after however I do not allow children in my studio. This can lead to distractions, damaged equipment and delays. If you need to reschedule you can do so but 48 hours notice applies.

MEET & GREET: This service is for brides thats wedding is 6+ months out and is not prepared for a trial or would like to meet before putting a deposit down and there bridal trial. This service goes for up to 1 hour and charges of $100 is to be paid in studio. This service is more just getting to know one another to make sure we are suited to each other. Its not as in depth as a bridal trial but a little longer than a standard service. This service is done in my studio based in Werribee.

EARLY HOUR FEES: Please know Naomi does not take on any bookings prior to 7:00am. If this has been discussed and your booking has been accepted, an additional charge of $60 per half hour will be added on top of your final quote for early hour fees.

DELAYS: A late fee of $40.00 will be charged for every 30 minutes of delay when a client is late for the scheduled time, or if the scheduled application exceeds the allotted time due to client delays.

PARKING FEES: Please ensure parking is available & close access to entrance. I bring ALOT of equipment with me. If a secured parking or hotel valet is required this will be an additional cost on top of travel costs that is included in your price, or a pre booked parking service will need to be done prior to my arrival. Most hotels do a reduced rate parking for bridal vendors for their short amount of time there.

TRAVEL FEES: I travel within 1 hour of my Studio Location- which is based in Werribee. This is included in the package price. Anything more is discussed and additional. Anything that exceeds this time will need to be discussed. This may result in the booking not to proceed or over night stays if travel is 2 hours+

LIABILITY: All Tools, Hair/ makeup brushes are kept sanitary and sanitised between every client. Any allergies should be reported by the client to the Hair/ Makeup Artist prior to application. Client(s) agree to release the Hair/ Makeup Artist Naomi Zerafa from liability for any complications due to allergic reactions.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES: Bridal party numbers can change prior to your day, however. It's important to know that no changes can be made if bridal parties become less once the contract has been signed and deposit paid. You may ask a friend or another special guest to join you. It is the clients responsibility to provide a safe and adequate working environment for the Artist.

The location must include:

• Lots of natural lighting

• Enough space

• Power outlets

• Table space for the Artist/s to place their tools and equipment on.

• A low back chair if the client is having their hair done.

• Maintaining clear communication with the artist.

PHOTOGRAPHY: All photos Naomi takes of her created looks are her property. if you wish to use these all credits to Naomi @BlushBlowStudio is needed when necessary. Naomi does take photos of majority of her work if you do not wish to have your photo taken please let Naomi know. All photos that are taken may be used on her social media platforms. When booking in your appointments with Naomi you accept the terms of using your face in her photos may be published.

HYGIENE & SAFETY- Naomi kindly asks if yourself or any bridal party members smokes/ vapes to do this outside of the working space .Please refrain from smoking inside or near doors that are left open near the working space. Vaping is not allowed in the chair whilst services are in action. This can affect health of Naomi but the hygiene of her equipment, tools, makeup brushes and makeup. If Naomi is found in an unsafe environment includes of abusive language by bridal party members and family members she has the right to remove herself from the workplace.

PAYMENT: Your invoice will be paid in full 14 days prior to your wedding date. I will not receive any payments prior to this. Fail to complete payment by the due date, I will not show for your wedding morning & cancelation fees will apply.

CANCELATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made at least thirty (60) days prior to the client’s reserved date or the client will be responsible for paying a $450 Cancellation fee.

I also understand that I am responsible for balances from any members of my party who fail to provide payment.
